“The spring of the seesaw” is a sound creation by Aurélien Bertini inspired by the painting “Les Horlogers” by Enric Casanovas Y Roy, delivered in March 1939 to the Maison du peuple in Besançon, a few months before the start of the second world war. In this context of the birth of resistance to Nazism, the intention of the sound piece is to symbolize the critical moment when individuals move from inertia to action, to struggle. It captures the essence of commitment and determination in the face of adversity, while remaining anchored in the precise context of Besançon and watchmaking. Production and mixing: Aurélien Bertini With the voices of Eve Arbez and Théo Vuillet-A-Ciles Co-production: Musée du Temps de Besançon
