Do you know the Blue Monday (“Blue Monday”, in the language of Molière)? This expression refers to the most depressing day of the year: the third Monday in January. It was invented in 2005 during a Sky Travel advertising campaign. This Monday in January would be sad, for many reasons: bad weather, long-awaited salary, end of the euphoria of the end-of-year holidays, vacations too far away, abandonment of good resolutions…
There is no scientific reality to confirm that this day is particularly depressing. But we can all experience a little sluggishness, at one time or another. So why not jump at this opportunity to build up a little stock of happiness ?
