At the end of this sporting event, the organizers congratulated themselves on the success of the event, like videographer and streamer Hugo Délire, who reacted on X: “Well done and thank you to everyone who participated on site or at home in #StreamForHumanity, 3 million is an incredible amount and it was a pleasure to be part of it all with the guys! “.

Donations remain open even if the event is over, the organization said Sunday evening on X.

Before its launch, « Stream for Humanity » had been criticized by certain Internet users, who wondered about the absence of Mayotte or Ukraine among the beneficiaries of this mobilization. The streamer Amine defended himself by saying that he was ready to “do things again in the future for different causes”.

In recent years, these online mobilizations have multiplied in the wake of ZEVENT, a gathering of internet stars whose 8th edition raised more than 10 million euros in September for five associations fighting against precariousness.
