Vendee. The man who drunkenly confessed to the murder of his partner indicted

A sixty-year-old, who drunkenly confessed to the murder of his partner in Vendée, was indicted on Sunday for murder and placed in pre-trial detention, announced the Roche-sur-Yon prosecutor’s office.

Friday, the man, aged 61, was arrested in (Hauts-de-) after revealing “in a state of drunkenness” to have killed his partner at the latter’s home in Luçon, in Vendée, according to a press release on Saturday from the public prosecutor of La Roche-sur-Yon, Sarah Huet.
