Following racist comments directed at Balde during the Catalans’ away match on Saturday, which ended in a 1-1 draw, Flick expressed his outrage. “There is no place for this in football or in life; it’s unbelievable,” said the former national team coach. He stressed that it is completely unacceptable that such incidents still occur in today’s world.
