Can you be fined for paying at the toll with your phone while driving? This is the question that agitates many people on social networks, and in particular TikTok. In a video published Wednesday which has more than three million views, an Internet user reports the mishap which cost him a fine and “three points” on his license.

The reason? “Use of the telephone while driving”. According to him, the latter had actually just paid at the toll via “Apple Pay”, therefore directly via his smartphone. In the comments, there are many surprised reactions. “But why is there the possibility of paying the toll using Apple Pay then? », asks one of them. “In this case you go to McDonald’s at the drive-through, you pay and you are in violation! ?? », Continues another.
