The Israeli Prime Minister announced, through his office on Sunday morning, that the truce, which is due to begin at 7:30 a.m. in the Gaza Strip, will not begin until the expected list of hostages has not been given by the Hamas. He affirmed in a press release that he had every intention of respecting the planned agreement with Israel but acknowledged a delay in providing the names of the hostages to be released, “for technical reasons on the ground .”
