Bayer Leverkusen imposes face on Borussia M’Gladbach plus loses Martin Terrier

At home today, at the BayArena in Leverkusen, Xabi Alonso’s men were quick to find the net. From the 32nd minute of play, the inevitable Florian Wirt sent a shot from the edge of the area, which ended in the right corner of the opposing goal (1-0).

In the standings, Leverkusen is 2nd in the Bundeliga, behind Bayern Munich. M’Gladbach remains 11th.
