The Habs, seeded n°13, dismissed the Romanian Alejandro Mateo Berge Nourescu – coached by Andrei Pavel – in two sets (6-2, 7-5). Led 5-2 in the second set, the protégé of Yoann Lemée never panicked and lined up five games in a row. In the next round, he will attack the Italian Jacopo Vasami, whom he has just beaten at Traralgon. Let us remember that Moses Kouamé was born in 2009 while the tournament is open to 2007.
