“It could have been me”: in Rouen, mobilization after the death of a cyclist hit by a motorist

The death at the beginning of the week of a 29-year-old cyclist, deliberately hit by a driver behind the wheel of a utility vehicle, caused great emotion among the community of “velotafers” and other Rouen cyclists. A gathering is being organized in his memory this Saturday morning.
