The Bernese won by 10 hundredths over the Austrian Kriechmayr and celebrated the first success of his career. Stefan Rogentin completes the podium. Marco Odermatt is in seventh place.

The Lauberhorn race weekend is off to a flying start for the Swiss ski team! The young Bernese Franjo von Allmen had the best run of the day. The skier won ahead of the Austrian Vincent Kriechmayr (10 hundredths) and the Grison Stefan Rogentin (58 hundredths).

The other Swiss are not much further: Marco Odermatt ranks seventh with 1’04”. Highly publicized in recent days, Friborg Alexis Monney occupies ninth place in 1’27”. Romands Justin Murisier and Loïc Meillard are respectively ranked 14th and 22nd. Back from injury, Arnaud Boisset occupies 23rd place.
