On the eve of the Ligue 1 match between the two teams, the Parisian club communicated a first list of absentees for Lens/PSG and three expected players appear on it, including Ousmane Dembélé.
Barely qualified in the Coupe de France against Espaly, PSG must return to the French championship and a complicated trip to Lens. For this short trip, Luis Enrique will have to do without at least three players since three names appear on the match eve medical report that the capital club has just released. As expected, young Ibrahim Mbaye still appears on it due to his sprained ankle which will keep him away from the field for a few more weeks.
But it is above all the cases of several usual holders who were expected and the news is not very positive: « Ousmane Dembele’s remains at rest after a viral syndrome » et « Marquinhos continues his individual work after adductor discomfort ». They respectively have a second and a third consecutive loss. On the other hand, Fabian Ruiz who was released for a problem that remained secret on Wednesday evening is well suited for this Lens/PSG given that he does not appear in this medical point.
Still among the absentees but not mentioned by the medical update of the day, Randal First Class will obviously not be there since he will join Juventus officially shortly while Milan Skriniar should once again be left out of the group. On the other hand, it is expected that Lucas Beraldowho became a father on Wednesday when Paris played against Espaly, made his return during this Lens/PSG.
The medical update before Lens/PSG:
– Ousmane Dembele’s remains at rest after a viral syndrome.
-– Marquinhos continues his individual work after adductor discomfort.
– Ibrahim Mbaye treats a sprained left ankle.
