More than 150 homes without electricity after incident with crane

More than 150 homes have been without electricity since Thursday midday in the area of ​​rue de la Blanchisserie in . According to Enedis, this incident is linked for crane work . The crane, located on a construction site on the street, allegedly damaged low voltage lines, depriving neighboring homes of power. The crane came into contact with one of our cables we communicate at Enedis. According to our colleagues from Ouest-, who revealed the incident, it was the fall of the crane chains which cut the power.

As of 3 p.m. this Thursday, the street was still closed to traffic. Enedis agents are working to get the power back on. It could be restored within a few hours. Our teams are there, we hope to recover during the day.

The project concerns the construction of two buildings by the Nexity real estate group, on land purchased from the Notre-Dame de Charité du Bon Pasteur congregation.
