Asetto Corsa EVO is scheduled for release today (January 16), but has yet to go live at the time of writing.

The Steam page no longer has a countdown timer and simply states that Assetto Corsa EVO is “coming soon.”

The official Assetto Corsa website has also been updated with the message: “Big things are coming soon.” So sit tight and we’ll update this page as soon as we know more.

With just days to go before the highly anticipated early access release of Assetto Corsa EVO, the game’s Steam page has seemingly confirmed the exact release time.

Eight months after its announcement, Assetto Corsa EVO is almost here, with the first early access version arriving tomorrow (16th January.)

Although the Early Access release date has been known for a while, Assetto Corsa EVO’s Steam page has seemingly confirmed exactly when we can start playing the next chapter of Kunos Simulazioni’s revered sim racing series .

According to the Steam page, the Early Access version of Assetto Corsa EVO will be unlocked at 2:00 p.m. GMT/UTC, 3:00 p.m. CET, 9:00 a.m. ET, 6:00 a.m. PT on January 16. It only takes about a day and two hours at the time of writing.

Unfortunately, the Steam page doesn’t include minutes and (at the time of writing) publisher 505 Games won’t provide further details – if it’s not the times listed above, it should just be a hour later, around 3 p.m. UTC.

Kunos has yet to confirm this, but we will update this article if an official release time is announced.

When it launches, the first Early Access version will include 20 cars and five tracks, with support for VR and triple screen from day one. In terms of game modes, the initial early access version will feature single-player training and quick races, as well as a new “Driving Academy” for learning track layouts.

Online multiplayer is expected to arrive in the “second or third” early access version, according to Marco Massarutto, co-founder and executive director of Kunos Simulazioni.

Meanwhile, the much-hyped open world Assetto Corsa EVO, located in the Eifel region surrounding the Nürburgring, is expected to arrive this summer, with the area gradually expanding to 1,600 square kilometers in subsequent builds.

However, one crucial detail we still don’t know is the price. Kunos has yet to confirm how much Assetto Corsa EVO will cost, but Massarutto hinted that it will be “aggressive” in a “good way”.
