Joachim went to the police to report the theft of the SD card but they did not believe him. He blames Clotilde for putting the blame on Cléo, she justifies herself. The tone rises. He blames his wife for deciding what is right or wrong and for always putting her decisions and her opinion first. He talks to her again about the children and calls her selfish. She finds it unfair that he is talking about it again now.
Billie revises with Vic who is delighted to have a message from Enzo encouraging her for the exam. Vic minimizes her friend’s stress because she thinks that baking is trivial for her given the competition she won as a maître d’hôtel. Tom shows up and says that he didn’t have the right attitude the day before. Billie expects an apology for the coaching but he only talks about the class with Claire.
Olivia and Hortense ask Teyssier for educational advice on AI. He is shocked to discover that Hortense and students are using this tool. He refuses to allow students to become welfare recipients.
Jasmine slept badly because of Cléo, she would have preferred never to see her again. Jim points out that his psychopathic behavior wasn’t all his fault. He explains that he no longer wants to worry about her because she hurts him. Jasmine remains intractable.

Bérénice and Emi put Tom to the test with an exercise. Carla says the boss was annoying while Milan responds with his contemptuous tone. Claire confirms that he is not a good listener and flexible.
Claire reveals to Tom and Emi that this course is also a way to test them. She explains that she is helping a friend, a palace chef, to find a replacement for her second who is going on maternity leave. She needed to observe them to make a choice.
In class, Olivia tells the first year students that Teyssier has just banned AI. Matteo is happy but Gary and Sabri are disappointed. Sabri offers to show Teyssier how to use AI to convince him to change his mind.
Joachim tells Gaëtan about his arguments. He starts to get angry when his friend points out that Cléo is not completely white. Joachim highlights the presumption of innocence. He explains that she hid the camera to steal food. He adds that she just wants to rebuild herself. Gaëtan admits that he thought the subject of children was closed. He tells Joachim to be careful not to say things to Clotilde that he will regret later. Joachim recognizes that he may have gone too hard with Clotilde. But he can no longer bear to always adapt to her.
-Teyssier reproaches the students of 3e year of lacking audacity, precision and personality. Solal gets a 12/20 and Vic a 14/20. Billie is challenged on her combination of flavors that is too simple. When he tastes it, he says that his dessert is boring, that nothing lives and that he is brain dead. He thinks she has nothing left in her stomach and nothing left to offer outside of the service. She has 8/20 and tears in her eyes.
Rose tells Clotilde about her argument with Marc. She thinks things will improve. Clotilde details to Rose the horrible things said by Joachim during their clash. She is not sure she will be able to cope for much longer.

Teyssier agrees to attend Sabri’s demonstration. He stops the workshop after seeing the diagram of the recipe imagined by Sabri using AI. He refuses to be prepared because he knows it will be good. He announces that AI can be used in masters but not before because students must learn to make mistakes and think for themselves to move forward.
Gaspard thanks Coline for going to see him at the hospital. She teases him about their relationship but he insists that they are not friends.
Tom joins Billie in her room. He realizes that she has planned a depressing evening. He thinks it’s for him because Claire gave Emi the job. Billie reminds her that she had an exam. She tells him that Teyssier crushed her. She is surprised that Tom does not support her, he refuses because a good leader must know how to point out faults. She throws him out.
Marc and Rose reconcile because he can’t blame her even if she chose her sister over him. Clotilde calls Rose but she does not answer. She leaves him a message saying that Joachim has left her.
