Bayern Munich has found its new Neuer

Bayern Munich aims to activate the transfer market to alleviate its critical situation at the goalkeeper position.

With the injury of Daniel Peretz, as well as the decline in performance of Manuel Neuer (38 years old) and Sven Ulreich (36 years old), the club would have set its sights on Jonas Urbig, the promising goalkeeper from Cologne.

Aged 21, Urbig is already considered one of Germany’s great hopes for his position. This season, he played 10 matches in Bundesliga 2 and stood out for his maturity and good performances. According to Sky Sports Germany, a personal agreement has reportedly been reached between the player and Bayern, while discussions between the two clubs continue. An arrival which could offer Bayern a long-term solution to secure their cages.
