On the third day of the trial of the deadly Marcouville expedition of April 1, 2021, which also saw Carlos, 33, shot dead during the brawl that followed the collision, the Assize Court heard the two passengers of the van. Both accompanied the accused, Bryan P., on the evening of the incident, who was driving the vehicle and who then fired into the crowd. He must answer for both murders.
