Around ten early childhood centers on the North Shore will be on strike on January 23.

The announcement of a full day of strike next Thursday was made by the CSN this morning.

Unionized workers are demanding, among other things, a lighter workload, better pay and regional disparity bonuses.

This is a strike that will involve 13,000 workers nationwide.

On the North Shore, the strike will affect establishments in Blanc-Sablon, Fermont, Sept-Îles and Baie-Comeau.
