a third victory in a row for the Flames?

Last week was great for us as we finished it off by winning all five picks from Thursday and Friday combined. Can we continue our winning streak today, Monday January 13? We’ll know soon enough!

We have three games scheduled today. Let’s see if we can beat the oddsmakers again today, because I have some betting tips for you.

CHOIX #1 : Flames (c. Blackhawks)

Currently, the moneyline is between 1.71 and 1.74 in decimal odds.

For me, this is a very reasonable price given that we eliminate the team with the fewest points in the standings. Additionally, the Blackhawks are not in great shape at the moment, having lost 8 of their last 10 games.

I also think Chicago might be demoralized after blowing a lead against the Oilers at home. Two days ago, they took a 3-1 lead midway through the second period, but couldn’t maintain their lead in a 4-3 loss.

During this match, Connor Bédard also saw his streak of nine games with at least one point end, the best of his career.

The Flames are starting a four-game road streak, so I’m sure they’ll do everything they can to start with a win.

Chicago has conceded at least four goals against their opponents in 8 of their last 10 games, so they really need to find a way to improve their defensive game.

Give me the Flames to win tonight.

CHOIX #2 : Oilers -1,5 (c. Kings)

I would like to offer a pick at very juicy odds (2.40 to 2.50 at the moment) with my second selection: I take the Oilers with the line of -1.5 against the Kings.

The Kings have been solid at home this year, but the same can’t be said for their away performances. Indeed, they have a superb 14-2-1 record at Crypto.com Arena, but they are just 10-9-4 as a visiting team this season.

Both teams have an identical goal differential of +22 this year and also have a very similar overall record. They have also been playing some good hockey lately.

However, I would like to take my chances with an Edmonton victory by two goals or more. The Kings just ended a five-game winning streak by losing 2-1 in Calgary a few days ago.

Los Angeles’ offense has only scored eight goals in its last four games, while Edmonton has scored at least three goals in 14 straight games, which is pretty impressive!

I also like that we have the revenge factor on our side. About two weeks ago, the Kings beat Edmonton 4-3 in overtime in Los Angeles. Expect Edmonton to get their revenge with a convincing victory tonight.

I wish you a great Monday!
