Friday January 10, 2025, at the end of the afternoon, Serge Bouquin, mayor of Pruniers and his municipal team, took pleasure in welcoming residents and all those who work to bring the town to life, for the greeting ceremony.
A moment of exchange and sharing to present the year’s achievements but also future projects. For this 2025 edition, the most notable event was obviously the completion of the long-awaited association building at the stadium, which was able to be functional during the Rural zik festival.. “I want to thank all the stakeholders who allowed us to complete the project, specifies the elected official. Various road works were carried out at the stadium for access to the new building and on the road which connects Les Bindets to the Choirs chapel. The municipality also purchased a new second-hand tractor to replace the other, which had become obsolete; essential equipment for the maintenance of our roads, shredding hedges and mowing on our 36 km of tarmac roads. »
Video protection installed in 2025
This year will mark the completion of the refurbishment of the two roofs of the sacristies on the church. There is also room for the installation of video surveillance and the launch of the study for the repair of public lighting. An update was also made on the use of disinfectant wipes which must be thrown into black bags and not in the toilets while respecting the sanitation network. Before sharing a friendly drink, Serge Bouquin thanked all those who work for the benefit of the town and took the opportunity to introduce a new employee, Gwendoline Boiron, hired on 1is last December in the technical department.
