Saint-Édouard: the Bombardier family decorated with the Golden Harvest

Agriculture. The Bombardier family, which is at the head of the horticultural company Les Maraîchers Bombardier, in Saint-Édouard, was recently honored by the Association of Market Gardeners of Quebec (APMQ) which awarded it the prestigious Moisson d ‘gold.

The Moisson d’or award highlights the Bombardier family’s involvement in the horticultural sector and its contribution to the development of the sector among all producers in Quebec.

It was presented to them on the occasion of the annual APMQ banquet, which was held on November 29, at the Mortagne hotel in Boucherville. “We knew we were among the finalists, but we only got a surprise once we got there,” says one of the co-owners of this family business, Pierre Bombardier.

We are very humble people by nature. We’re not looking for that, but it’s definitely the fun to receive this great prize.
