Two men with their dog remained trapped in their home surrounded by flames from the fire that has been raging since Tuesday in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood in southern California, United States.

In a video posted on X by Kevin Dalton, huge flames can be seen surrounding the exterior of the house, while two unidentified men accompanied by a dog helplessly film the scene.
“Everything is going to be okay, everything is going to be okay. Okay?”, says one of the two men while filming the dog, we can hear on the video.

“Oh shit,” the man said, while filming the flames moving faster and faster, due to the strong wind.

However, the authorities have not yet confirmed this information.
About 50,000 Los Angeles area residents are under evacuation orders and wind gusts of up to 60 mph are expected to continue through Thursday.

A fourth major wildfire broke out in Los Angeles County on Wednesday, according to the Fire Department, as more than 1,400 firefighters battle the flames.

So far, two people in the Eaton fire have died and many residents who were not evacuated have “serious injuries,” Los Angeles County Fire Chief Anthony C. Marrone confirmed.
