Kaiser Aluminum President Jack Hockema Retires; his successor is CEO Keith Harvey

Kaiser Aluminum Corporation is a producer of semi-finished specialty aluminum products. The aluminum mill products manufactured by the Company include flat rolled (plates, sheets and coils), extruded (rods, bars, hollows and shapes), drawn (rods, bars, pipes, tubes and wires) and some products made of cast aluminum. Its business focuses on the production of rolled, extruded and drawn aluminum products used primarily for aerospace and defense, aluminum beverage and food packaging, general engineering which includes consumer durable goods, electronics and products for electrical applications and machinery and equipment, as well as products for the automotive industry. Its products serve a range of commercial applications, including aerospace and high strength (Aero/HS products), beverage and food packaging (packaging), general engineering (GE products), automotive (extrusions for automobiles) and other products. Its automotive extrusions consist of extruded aluminum products for numerous automotive applications in North America.
