Quinté+: The pro of the day – Marc Sassier: “Harley Gema shows his ability to climb”

« Hedic Gema (403) defended himself well at Cagnes-sur-Mer last time, without demerit. He has remained in good shape and enjoys favorable engagement. The number 3 behind the car is perfect for him. He likes fast-paced races and the autostart is an asset. Without any racing incident, he should respond. It is an excellent base for Quinté+ players.

I’ve been wanting to try it for a while Harley Gem (706) at a mounted trot. As she doesn’t have a good program lined up right away, this is an opportunity to try. She showed her abilities in this specialty at home, then in with Benjamin Rochard on December 24. If she does well here, she could aim for Cornulier.

Gema edition (711) was not on his distance during his last outing (2175 m GP). She was overtaken. We have intensified her work and she will be more toned this time. The great race is in 15 days, but she should behave well.

Koh Lanta (806) is in its category but has no margin. She has run well recently and her latest work is encouraging. With a good run, she can appear at the finish.

Katyland (810) is a nervous mare who remains on several disqualifications. Alan Gendrot will run it with confidence, without pressure, to boost his morale. It has potential but needs to be put back on track. »
