Romans-sur-Isère. After Naël’s death, the Academic Director speaks to parents

The day after the discovery of young Naël and his mother Magali Casier lifeless, the Academic Director of the National Education Services of Drôme, through the director and the teaching team of the La Pierrotte school in Romans, sent a letter to the parents of the students.

In it, she specifies what will be implemented from Monday, for the resumption of school after these Christmas holidays. “Dear families, (…) In these times which are mourning our school community, we would like to assure you of all the necessary support and to inform you that specific support will be put in place from Monday morning for students and teaching teams. This support will allow everyone’s words to be heard and put into words what they feel, supervised by professionals. These staff will be present in the school and available to everyone. », Nathalie Kuehn clarified: “We encourage you to seek the necessary help if your children feel the need, on Monday or in the days that follow. »

Let us remember that the young Naël Olivier, aged 8, was educated in this establishment in Romans-sur-Isère in CE2 class. Since 1is January, the little boy and his mother were missing and a call for witnesses was launched by the police. The family drama trail is favored after the discovery this Friday, January 3, of their bodies in Chabeuil. Investigations continue.
