– Ninth victory in a row for the Knicks, definitely in great shape. The training of Tom Thibodeau hosted the Jazz at Madison Square Garden and even if the New Yorkers sometimes had difficulty widening the gap against one of the dunces of the league, they still mastered their subject sufficiently to win without trembling. Josh Hart accumulated a new triple-double (15 points, 14 rebounds, 12 assists) while Karl-Anthony Towns blackened the statistics sheet (31 points, 21 rebounds). Three Knicks players spent more than 40 minutes on the court.

– Only 30 minutes were enough for Nikola Jokic compiles a mammoth triple-double: 23 points, 17 rebounds and 15 assists in the Nuggets’ victory against the Hawks. A pleasant and very offensive match which saw Denver widen the gap after the break. Atlanta held on for a half driven by 30 points from Trae Young before lowering your foot. Zaccharie Risacher scored 13 points. Russell Westbrook also made its accuracy speak for itself – and yes! – finishing with 16 points and 11 assists in 26 minutes.

– The Pistons took advantage of the many absences on the Magic side to win at home against Orlando. Serious contender for the All-Star Game next February, Cade Cunningham came close to a triple-double by posting 19 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists. Jaden Ivey had set the tone in the first quarter by attacking the Florida defense from the start to put his team on the right track (+10 after 12 minutes). He finished as his team’s top scorer with 22 points. On the other hand, he was unable to finish the match and he even went out on a stretcher after what appeared to be a major leg injury…

– Behind in the score at the start of the game, the Rockets raised the tone in the second quarter to take control of the Texas derby against the Mavericks. The players ofMaking Udoka then controlled the tempo and the gap to win. Alperen Sengun et Jalen Green were once again the driving forces of their team with 23 and 22 points respectively.

– The Wizards picked up a rare victory – only their sixth of the season – by beating the Bulls on Thursday night. Jordan Poole led the proceedings for Washington by scoring 30 points. It was especially the bench which made the difference for the DC team with 58 points compiled by the substitutes. Alexandre Sarr finished with a double-double (11 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists as a bonus). Bad evening for Bilal Coulibalyill, who only played 9 minutes without scoring before finally resting.

– End of series for the Raptors. Catastrophic at the moment, they finally won after 11 consecutive defeats. The Canadian franchise took over another team in distress, the Nets. Brooklyn has activated tanking mode, even though D’Angelo Russell succeeded in his first match for his return to the New York squad by scoring 22 points (with 8 assists) coming off the bench. Scottie Barnes (33 points, 13 rebounds), Immanuel Quickley (21 points, 15 passes) et Gradey Dick (22 points) carried Toronto.

– Once again worn by Tyler Herrothe Heat defeated the Pelicans, obviously marked by the attack in New Orleans. In addition to 32 points from its rear, Miami was able to count on 23 points, 9 rebounds and 10 assists from Bam Adebayo.

– Second victory for the Sacramento Kings version Doug Christie. In the absence of Joel Embiid, Paul George (30 pts, 8rbds, 5 pds) et Tyrese Maxey (27 pts, 6 wt) allowed the Sixers to have a lead of up to 14 points. They still led 107-98 3’34 from the end of a poorly managed fourth QT (18-33 in the end), but proved incapable of scoring afterwards.

With four points each in the last minute, DeMar DeRozan (18 pts) and Malik Monk (20 pts, 6 wt) gave the victory to the Kings. Domantas Sabonis (17 and 21) and De’Aaron Fox (35 pts) also put themselves forward.
