Vietnamese scientists and experts exchanged experiences on ways to strengthen collaboration and support each other’s projects, whether focused on scientific research or the development of the native country, while emphasizing the importance of mutual assistance . The delegates also identified common challenges and proposed concrete solutions to strengthen collaborations between Vietnamese researchers, both inside and outside the country, putting forward many innovative solutions to connect and enhance talents and intelligence. Speaking at the meeting, Ambassador Luong Thanh Nghi appreciated AVSE Global’s initiative and delegates’ opinions to connect Vietnamese experts and scientists in Europe. The gathering of Vietnamese intellectual experts in the Nordic countries is very significant, especially at this time when the Politburo has just published Resolution No. 57 of December 22, 2024 on breakthroughs in the fields of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, he noted.

A valuable resource

Luong Thanh Nghi estimated that as our country propels itself into a new era, foreign intellectuals constitute a valuable resource, bringing their expertise and networks to accelerate Vietnam’s development. Vietnamese experts, intellectuals and scientists abroad, in Europe in particular, are joining forces and pooling their expertise to support the ambitions of their country of origin.

For his part, the president of AVSE Global, Professor Nguyên Duc Khuong, stressed that the massive participation of the Vietnamese intellectual community in Europe draws the contours of a long-term strategy, thus strengthening its role in building a prosperous and sustainable Vietnam.

Finally, the Dr. Lê Quy Vang affirmed the association’s desire to continue and intensify its collaborations with the Danish and Nordic communities, by initiating new ambitious projects.

The meeting with more than 40 Vietnamese experts and scientists in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and France was part of the “Bringing the world to Vietnam” program ‘One Global Viet Nam – Europe 2024’, initiated by AVSE Global .
