It will still be a special match. This evening Edoardo Bove will be in the stands of the Artemio Franchi, for the first time after his illness on December 1st, in the 17th minute of the first half of the match against Inter, when he collapsed to the ground, in those moments of total fear for his health. Also special will be the welcome from the Florence public who have always chanted his name in this period to show their closeness to him and will now be able to make him feel their affection directly at the stadium.

One more emotion

For the players on the pitch and for Raffaele Palladino, who has always been close to him in the most complicated period, it will be a thrill to have him in the stands, probably alongside the club's general director, Alessandro Ferrari. His father Giovanni, a guest of Fiorentina in the authority sector, had already attended the match against Cagliari two weeks ago and had seen his friend Cataldi score who then dedicated the goal to Edo, as he had promised him a few hours earlier. This evening it will be the player himself who will experience the atmosphere of the match and cheer for his teammates who will have one more reason to seek the three points against Udinese and dedicate a meaningful success to them.

always together

At “Viola Park” and in daily activities, the former Roma player is a constant presence because he cannot train, but takes part in all the technical meetings as well as the club's initiatives, including the Christmas dinner a few days ago. And now, twenty-two days after his hospitalization, he returns to the stadium that saw him among the main protagonists of the purple colors in the first part of the season. Edoardo Bove never missed a single match of his teammates on television, while he was in Careggi, where he was implanted with a subcutaneous defibrillator, and then from the home screen. And it was the midfielder himself who asked the team to take to the pitch immediately, in the Italian Cup match against Empoli on 4 December, when his teammates had also prepared a banner for him to make him feel their affection.
