After the victory over Verona, Milanello can already feel the Christmas atmosphere. Today Milan met for the usual post-match unloading session, but in the locker room it was also an opportunity to celebrate the Secret Santa, a tradition inaugurated last year. What is it? A sort of Christmas lottery, which involved not only the team and the technical staff, but also warehouse workers and medical personnel. In practice, about 20 days ago we drew lots to see who had to give the gift to whom and the time to open the gifts had finally arrived. Obviously, given the heterogeneity of the participants, the agreement was to only give intelligent gifts.

For example, Mike Maignan fell to the doctor's lot and, knowing his great passion for sneakers, he thought it best to give him a book on the shoes so loved by the French goalkeeper. In the package Paulo Fonseca found, however, bottles of wine from a particular vintage, 1973, his date of birth. The coach instead gave a warehouse worker a weekend in Portugal, to let him get to know his homeland. Big surprise for Christian Pulisic, who received a pair of Captain America Pumas (technical sponsor of the Rossoneri). And then more golf balls for Alvaro Morata. While Matteo Gabbia reserved a special gift for all the staff to celebrate the renewal. It's not a Christmas present, but the thought was very welcome.
