A car hit a crowded Christmas market in the city of Magdeburgin the Germania east, killing at least two people and wounding at least 60 others in what authorities believe to be a attack. The driver was arrested shortly after the car crashed into the market around 7pm, when it was full of tourists on the eve of the weekend. The suspect is a 50-year-old Saudi doctor who moved to Germania in 2006. He practiced medicine in Bernburg, about 36 kilometers south of Magdeburg.
