Moments of fear in Inter-Udinese. In the 41st minute of the first half, on the occasion of a corner kick in favor of the Nerazzurri under the Curva Sud, referee Massimi stopped the game due to a fan in the stands falling ill. The Nerazzurri supporters immediately drew the attention of the players, in particular Bastoni, the goalkeeper Piana and others closest to the flag, to stop the game.

The doctors intervened immediately to carry out cardiac massage, only to then use the defibrillator (brought to the stands at a later time). It all took place in a silent, still stadium, with the players of both teams near the corner waiting to find out what happened. The fan involved was taken away on a stretcher under the applause of the stadium. The match resumed in the 45th minute with a corner kick in favor of Inter, which was then scored by Asllani with a curling shot that deceived the Friulian goalkeeper Piana.
