“They only pay us for one hotel room”

The Spider-Man star told a funny anecdote about work and his relationship with his colleague.

The relationship between Tom Holland and Zendaya it brought benefits not only to those directly involved but also to the studios, according to what the Uncharted star himself reported in a recent interview.

After starring together in Spider-Man trilogyboth will return to the same set for the new film directed by Christopher Nolan. Working on the same project seems to make the productions happy too.

Dish podcast guest Tom Holland joked about the happiness of the producers when he is involved in a project with his girlfriend:“The studios love it: one hotel room” he joked “But separate drivers: we’re not crazy!”.

Once serious again, Tom Holland confessed that having a partner with whom to share work and relationship with fame it’s a great fortune:“It’s a lifesaver, the best thing that ever happened to me”.

Nolan’s new film and the return of Spider-Man

The film, still untitled, by Christopher Nolanwill be Tom Holland and Zendaya’s first project together since Spider-Man, in a star-studded cast starring Matt Damon and Anne Hathaway.

“We haven’t started shooting yet. To be completely honest, I don’t know anything about it. I’m super excited but it’s all very top secret. I met Nolan and he’s fantastic, he vaguely described the project to me and I’m sure when it’s ready he’ll announce All”. Tom Holland has confirmed his return in Spider-Man, directed by Destin Daniel Cretton instead of Jon Watts but the presence of Zendaya is not yet certain.
