Third consecutive success

At the end of the session, it was recalled, to the great satisfaction of all elected officials, that the municipality had been awarded the gold trophy (with a prize of €500) for the 2024 departmental competition for the Villes et Villages Fleuris label. during a ceremony, at the end of November, in the Jean-Moulin room, in Castelsarrasin, chaired by Michel Weill, president of the departmental council. Note that this third consecutive success, in the category of municipalities of 1,001 to 3,000 inhabitants, opens for the medieval city its participation, in 2025, in the regional competition, in search of a first flower.

The council concluded by mentioning the magnificent animation which illuminates the walls of Place des Cornières during the Christmas period. A must see.
