The collision occurred on December 5 on the Félix-Leclerc highway, near the curve towards the Dufferin-Montmorency highway, heading east.
The driver of the suspect vehicle drove into two flaggers busy blocking the road with cones, then continued his route towards Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré.
Both workers suffered minor injuries in this incident.
Research
On Monday, the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) asked for the public’s help in finding the person responsible for this collision.
It would be a man aged between 50 and 60 years old. This one would have a rather short beard of salt and pepper color, salt and pepper hair. He could wear a black T-shirt with the inscription “Head Rush» in white.
According to the SQ, the suspect is overweight and smokes cigarettes.
The man’s vehicle, a blue Chevrolet Cobalt 2006 to 2010, is also wanted.
