Tuesday December 10, 2024 in , the Ferme des Masses, which makes ice cream from organic milk in Éancé (Ille-et-Vilaine), went to Paris on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 for the ceremony to award the Innovation trophies by the LSA journal.

Ille-et-Vilaine: this farm wins a prize in Paris with its ice cream

“It is with great pride that we received the trophy in the frozen products category, tied with the Nutella ice cream from Ferrero… just that,” the Masses farm happily reports on its Facebook page.

“Our three new flavors (mango with a touch of vanilla, blackcurrant with a touch of caramel and passion with a touch of chocolate) caught the eye of the jury. This can only make us want to go even further.”
