A lover of everything that makes you laugh or cry, the actor and columnist comments, on the networks, on some sequences from the latest bonus of TMC’s real estate reality show.
This is called “putting the church back in the center of the village”… An old popular French expression, but which nonetheless recalls some fundamentals, such as the crucial one, being careful not to exasperate others by displaying too much his riches. Thus the real estate reality show embodied by the Kretz family, of which Tristan Lopin, comedian, stand-up comedian and columnist on France Inter, makes the hilarious commentary on the networks.
We understand it very quickly. This post is not about saying that it is ugly to be rich. It’s just a matter of pointing out the ridiculousness, the aberration of certain lines or certain situations. On the menu of grotesqueries, an episode from season 5 of “The Agency”, currently broadcast on TMC, in which one of the handsome kids of the clan shows a couple of around 40 years old.

The house is big. The luxury is incredible. The colossal “potential”. The real estate agent is irresistible. The couple’s outbursts are even more so as they appear disconnected from any form of reality. Which Tristan Lopin, from inside his small Parisian apartment, does not fail to point out and mock.
Mansion or freeze-dried pasta?
“One of our passions is buying private hotels”confides, from the outset, the husband, an entrepreneur, specializing in luxury seasonal rentals. “Well listen, my little passion at the moment is freeze-dried pasta”the comedian responds hilariously, before adding: “To each his own obviously. It’s a pleasure that is more everyday, more affordable at the moment…”.

And the young woman declared in her turn: “I think, unfortunately, it’s too small for us”. All the same, 390 m² with indoor swimming pool, veranda opening onto a beautiful garden in one of the most sought-after corners of Paris… Tristan’s side is filled with laughter, who then shows his drying rack in the middle of the living room.
“Exactly,” he laughed, “it’s good that you’re talking about it, my dear, because I’m a bit of a jerk at the moment…”. The sequence continues. The Internet user is in turn won over by the actor’s so infectious laughter. Next comes another young woman who says she enjoys taking baths in the middle of the room, so as to avoid her feet being in contact with the cold floor for too long.
“It’s true, cold feet on the ground…! Is there only bad news?!” says Lopin, whose laughter definitely does not leave one indifferent. In short, whatever the moral this video conveys, it should, a few days before Christmas, be consumed without moderation.
