An electricity and gas service station for trucks is what Enerjump has been offering since December 5, not far from the city of Bordeaux. We tell you more about how it works.
Enerjump… but what is this brand? Enerjump now brings together the Gaz’up (natural gas stations for vehicles or CNG) and Watt’up (electric charging stations for vehicles) brands.
Where is the gas station located? It is located right next to the Gaz’up Bordeaux station, which was already in service and has been completely renovated for this occasion, in the heart of the Bordeaux Road Center, avenue des Trois Cardinalaux, near Bordeaux-Lac. After Compans and Brive, this new infrastructure offers biogas and electricity on the same site.
What type of electrical terminals is it equipped with? This Bordeaux-Lac station is equipped with:
- 2 400kW electric charging stations, with dynamic load distribution on several vehicles simultaneously, guaranteeing rapid charging adapted to each need.
- 4 tracks for heavy goods vehicles and LCVs.
- 4 simultaneous charging points, i.e. 800 kW simultaneously and 400 kW on a single charge.
- Drivers benefit from liquid-cooled cables (LCC) capable of delivering 500A continuously.
- Implementation of a 1000 kVA HTA transformer, 100% dedicated to IRVE, with a power reserve of 200 kVA to anticipate the future of this new latest generation station.
- Approximately 30 minutes of charging are required for an average truck (19 t or 26 t carrier) for 100 km of real range.
- Each island is covered by a solar shade.
- As with all Gaz’up and Watt’up networks in France, assistance and a maintenance service are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- On the payment side, Watt’up terminals accept: the Watt’up badge, payment via the “Watt’up By Enerjump” application downloadable from Android or Apple Store (CB, interoperable cards, payment by QR Code directly on the terminal, etc.)
