► Netherlands: justice authorizes the export of weapons to Israel
A Dutch court announced on Friday December 13 that there will be no total ban on the Netherlands exporting goods that could be used for military purposes to Israel, rejecting a request from pro-Palestinian organizations.
“The State will not be imposed a ban on the export of goods that can be used for military purposes,” said the court in The Hague (Netherlands) in a statement.
Pro-Palestinian organizations had taken legal action, demanding a halt to arms exports to Israel and accusing the authorities of not having prevented what they describe as genocide in the Gaza Strip.
