This Saturday, December 14, the thirty candidates for the title of Miss France 2025 compete. Sabah Aib, elected Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais this fall, will therefore represent our region on the Futuroscope stage in Poitiers. The 18-year-old young woman, who measures 1.73 meters, is a candidate to succeed another northerner, Eve Gilles, the current Miss France.
Her parents and sister will be in the audience to support her
Sabah Aib was born in Besançon but grew up in Valenciennes. Very young, she was spotted in the street at the Galeries Lafayetteso she took photographs for brands, participated in fashion shows and did modeling. She also did theater as a child but had never really been interested in the Miss France competition until then. It was his friends who pushed him to apply.
Elected Miss Villeneuve d’Ascq then Miss-Nord-Pas-de-Calais, the young woman, who is in the 2nd year of law at the University of Lilledecided to put his studies on hold during the election. His mother Khlifia and his stepfather Jean-Gabriel were also involved in this adventure: “We are very proud of our daughter. We admire her evolution, she has gained maturity. It’s a rich experience, but I don’t hide the fact that there is stress.”

Sabah Aib’s first fan is undoubtedly her sister Emma. At 14, the teenager even campaigned within her school for the election of Miss France: “as a joke we told people to vote Miss NPDC, it seems to have worked. I’ve been told a lot that it’s crazy to have a sister Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais. She’s my model , I’m proud of her.”
Her family has had little contact with the young girl since the start of the competition, but they still manage to send her packages and words of support: “oWe’re looking for the right words to support her, we can’t wait to know the result.”explains his father-in-law. Jean Gabriel and Khlifia are convinced, Sabah Aib has all the qualities to become Miss France: “She is a person who has charisma, she is generous and competitive while respecting the other competitors. She is fair, concerned about others. I think she has every chance, after all there are thirty of them, they are all very beautiful and have the skills and merit to win. It’s hard to be objective, she’s my daughter.” S
