And for good reason, an outbreak of fire in the kitchens of the establishment required the intervention of firefighters to contain the outbreak of fire. Using a hose, the fifteen firefighters mobilized extinguished the fire which the manager, Florence Mercier, had initially tried to reduce using fire extinguishers and damp rags.
This incident, which caused no casualties, forced the manager, who employs eight employees, to have to close the restaurant so that a plumber and also an electrician could intervene to repair the equipment damaged by the start of the fire. with material consequences.

This intervention will be able to be carried out fairly quickly and the manager of La Boucherie plans to reopen on Friday December 13, 2024 for lunch service. The establishment was ultimately forced to close for three days.
This restaurant has been established in Solesmes for ten years. It is the only establishment of the restaurant chain, based in Saint-Barthélémy-d'Anjou in Maine-et-Loire, after the closure of the one in Le Mans, rue du Docteur-Leroy, on 1is December 2009.
