The 28-year-old young man, with his incredible and dangerous acrobatics, managed to seduce the jury and the public during his first appearance. He is one of the few selected who will compete for a place in the semi-final.
He was the first candidate to appear for this season of LFrance has incredible talent and he assured. Ibra, the Montpellier acrobat, therefore logically finds himself in the quarter-final of the show on M6 this Wednesday, December 11 to once again impress the jury and the public.
And the 28-year-old young man has come a long way – by jumping – since his arrival in France in 2015. He who grew up in Guinea and who became interested in acrobatics after the death of his mother when he was 8 years old, was first spotted at a circus school. After a tour in Europe, he decided to settle in Montpellier.
He didn’t speak a word when he arrived in France
“I didn’t speak a word of French and finding myself on this show was crazy,” he confides.
The athlete is impressive when performing his multiple jumps. It almost seems as if it flies with fascinating agility and disconcerting ease. Moreover, he admits it himself when he does his somersaults: “I feel like a superhero.”
In Montpellier, he already has a solid reputation. When he performs in a show on the Place de la Comédie or in the streets of the city, spectators always gather, dazzled by his talent.
So even if he has already proven his talent in Montpellier, he will have to convince once again the jury composed of Éric Antoine, Hélène Segara, Marianne James, Sugar Sammy and exceptionally Elodie Poux, to win his place in the semi-final.
