Baptiste has finally confessed since he admitted to having cheated on Emma, but that it was only once. While waiting for the results of the paternity test, Baptiste begins to get closer to Romy, but Samuel came to see him at Thomas’s. Since her mother is missing, he reminds them that they have no rights over the little girl. Eric thinks that the child would be better off with them than with social services. Thomas advises him to first find Déborah before taking care of Romy.
But where is Deborah?
At Thomas and Gabriel’s, Baptiste asks Emma for forgiveness again. However, if it turns out that he is indeed Romy’s father, the young man intends to assume his responsibilities. This is a lot of information for Emma who doesn’t know what to do given the situation.

Luna’s lawyer forced to act
In prison, Luna attacks her former co-inmate and wants her to notify her lawyer of the situation. A fight breaks out. They are separated by a guard. Maître Bataille goes to the police station to discuss the situation with Patrick and informs him that Cécilia is in prison with Luna. Patrick promises to help him. Luna’s lawyer comes to advise Mirta to request removal proceedings against Cécilia or a transfer of Luna to another establishment. This seems to be the best solution.
Nisma wakes up at Vadim’s house and discovers an empty transparent box while he is taking a shower. In reality, it is the house of his tarantula Malou. It was probably the animal that bit him. Vadim desperately searches for his pet which escaped into his room.
