Winner of 15 million euros in the Loto a few months ago, Alain told about his brand new life in the show “Sept à quatre”. He appeared with a wig and a false mustache, to preserve his anonymity.
He earns ten times more money per month than before without lifting a finger. Alain's story, broadcast in the show “Sept à Huit” on TF1, is that of a man who nothing predestined to become a multimillionaire. This former automobile employee saw his life change a little over a year ago when one evening, by happy coincidence, he discovered that the Lotto numbers he had been choosing for almost ten years were finally winning .
Alain, who testifies wearing a wig and a false mustache to preserve his anonymity, confides that he “had no trouble falling asleep” the day his bank account exploded.
He says he now earns “40,000 euros per month by doing nothing” thanks to his investments, and enjoys his new fortune discreetly. His son, aged thirty, is in fact unaware that his father won several million euros in the Lotto.
“It’s my turn”
It is past 8 p.m. this evening in 2023 when Alain, tired from his day and busy moving his small house, watches the Loto draw in front of his television screen. The numbers attract his attention: they are the ones he has been playing for several years, “always the same, the dates of birth of (his) loved ones” he specifies.
The sum is enormous, the “number of zeros” impressive: Alain sees 15 million euros falling from the sky, and in his pocket.
“I said to myself: that’s it, it’s me, it’s my turn,” he says.
But that evening, there was no question of getting bogged down with too many thoughts. Alain, divorced, must finish moving his things the next day. “I managed to sleep without any problem,” he adds, after taking care to slip the precious winning ticket into his diary.
A well-kept secret
On the advice of the professionals who have surrounded him since he won this sum and for fear that he would “stop working, then continue to live without knowing the value of money”, Alain decided not to tell his son the good news. “He knows my life has changed, he sees it.”
And for good reason, Alain enjoyed himself: trips, weekends in palaces, sea trips, luxury cars and watches… “But he doesn't seek to know and doesn't ask questions”, assures him. millionaire.
In his entourage, few people are really aware. His former neighbors suspected something, but the multimillionaire is silent. Which, moreover, pushed him to leave his region, where he was “spied on”, for the charm of the Atlantic coast.
