After sometimes painful childhood journeys, wards of the State who reach their majority can be accompanied and helped by the L’Hirondelle association. Created in 1947 in Saint-Brieuc (Côtes-d’Armor), it continues its mission.

They all share painful childhood journeys. Former members of the DDASS, now renamed Childhood Social Assistance (Ase). The name changes but not the life stories. This is precisely what makes the strength of the members of the office of the mutual aid association for people hosted in child protection l’Hirondelle, in Saint-Brieuc (Côtes-d’Armor).
