At the end of summer, the Argonaut Games studio reborn from its ashes after twenty years of inactivity, and the latter directly announced the development of a remaster of Croc: Legend of the Gobbos. More than 27 years after its release on the first PlayStation, the little crocodile was about to make a comeback. From then on, great hype began to arise on social networks, especially since this remaster was already planned for the end of 2024. Alas, Croc will be a little late and now gives us an appointment for early 2025.

It is through its official social networks that the Argonaut Games studio has confirmed le report du remaster de Croc : Legend of the Gobbos. The studio specifies that after much consideration, it is wiser to postpone the game in the first quarter of 2025 in order to be able to bring the final necessary refinements to offer a great experience to all fans who are eagerly awaiting the return of Croc.
Remember that this remaster of Croc: Legend of the Gobbos is the studio’s very first project since its reopening. The studio therefore has no room for error and therefore prefers to take its time to deliver the perfect game. And for now, it’s hard to blame them. See you at the beginning of 2025, during the first quarter. At the moment, we do not have more information and the studio has not yet communicated a more precise release date.
