The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (OSDH) said on Monday that Israel carried out several nighttime strikes against military positions and weapons depots in several regions of Syria, after the flight of ousted President Bashar al-Assad .
The targets of these nighttime strikes included “air defense weapons and ammunition depots” belonging to the Syrian army in the coastal provinces of Latakia and Tartous, the OSDH said.
The NGO, based in the United Kingdom and which has an extensive network of sources inside Syria, also indicated that Israel had launched strikes in the south of the country, targeting Tal al-Hara near the Golan Heights annexed by Israel, as well as military positions in Izraa, Daraa province.
