Manchester City still does not win, Brentford dominates Newcastle, Aston Villa wins against Southampton

Despite the postponement of the derby between Everton and Liverpool, due to the passage of storm Darragh over the British Isles, the other Premier League matches were still able to take place. At the opening of the multiplex at 4 p.m., Manchester City was keen to recover today on the pitch at Crystal Palace. But the Skyblues were scared again. Daniel Munoz first opened the scoring for the Eagles in the 4th minute of play (1-0), exploiting Mancunian defensive weaknesses to perfection. Still stunned by this first goal, the Citizens managed to equalize after half an hour of play thanks to the inevitable Erling Haaland (30th, 1-1). Returning from the locker room, Maxence Lacroix took advantage of Kyle Walker's passivity to catapult a ball with his head into the back of the net from a corner (56th, 2-1). The French player also scored his first goal of the season in the Premier League. In doubt, City, despite everything, still raised its shoulders, and Rico Lewis allowed his club to come back to the score a second time in the game (68th, 2-2). The young player was finally sent off at the end of the match after receiving a second yellow card. This draw allows Manchester City to remain in 4th position in the standings with 27 points. The Eagles are 16th.
