– Gradual restoration of gas in the city center after a major leak

Since this Thursday at 11:30 a.m., a team of 35 GRDF technicians have been mobilized in to gradually restore the gas supply after a major leak that occurred earlier in the week.

Restoring gas requires individual intervention at each customer for safety reasons. To date, 155 customers have been reconnected out of 275 visits made (120 customers were absent). The technicians will continue their intervention until midnight to make as much progress as possible in the recovery of the 714 affected households. Priority customers have already regained access to gas.
Interventions by GRDF technicians will continue until each subscriber can be reconnected in complete safety. For absent customers, new visits will be scheduled to ensure a complete return to normal.
In the event of absence, a notice will be left, inviting you to contact the GRDF teams at 0 800 47 33 33 (toll-free number) to restore natural gas distribution as soon as possible.
