It was around 11:40 a.m. this Tuesday, December 3, 2024 when a 90-year-old woman suffered a theft by trick in the city center of Grenoble. The events occurred at rue du Docteur-Mazet.
A man broke into the elderly woman's home by exploiting her trust. Once in the apartment, the individual stole ten gold coins and several pieces of jewelry including necklaces and diamonds.
After leaving, the 90-year-old woman realized that her valuables had been stolen and notified the police.
A man in his fifties
According to the Interdepartmental Directorate of the National Police in Isère, the thief is around fifty years old, of European type, of athletic build and has brown hair.
He is currently research by the police forces.
