Having just returned home, Jean-Alexandre places his bags on the long oak table which sits in the middle of the main room and summarizes its menu. Antipasti from the Rap grocery store for starters, a well of love from Sébastien Gaudard for dessert… It's good, he has what he needs to accompany his famous veal blanquette planned for dinner this evening. This lover of good food has settled into a two-room apartment located in his favorite Parisian neighborhood, between the church Notre-Dame-de-Lorette and the Montmartre hill. A real estate professional, he knows that the sector is a safe investment. “And above all, I love the surrounding food businesses, some of whose owners have become friends.”
A dark apartment reviewed and corrected

The trunk seat under the windows and placards in the thickness of the walls reduce the furniture to a minimum, and leave even more space for the large table.
